Go that extra mile and become the perfect host

How can you, with small and simple details, make your guest feel more welcome? Here are some tips on how to give your guests that extra luxury touch.

Wrapped towels

Keep your sets of guest towels together, bound with twill tape or ribbon. This makes it easy to just transfer a stack from linen closet to the room when cleaning.

Bulk up on supplies

Make sure there is enough toilet paper in the bathroom, no-one wants to go asking for more. Other necessities such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo and conditioner are always appreciated as well.

Appliance manual

No matter what appliances you provide, tv, stereo, climate-control and so on, chances are they are new to your guest. Make sure that you have a manual on how it works so that the guest don’t have to ask. Collect them in a smaller ring binder and mark each piece of equipment with tabs.

Wi-fi

Make sure your guest know how to connect to the wi-fi. Printed instructions in a cute frame is a perfect way to give the instructions and password.

Extra luxuries

Try to provide your guests with a little extra luxuries as well. Bottles of water, foil-wrapped chocolates, fresh flowers or fruit can give your accommodation that extra luxury feel.

Allergies

Make sure that you keep track of your guests allergies and preferences. Maybe you guest just hate bananas or are allergic to flowers. You can administrate all of this in your Roombler booking app. Then you always have it close to hand in your iPhone och iPad.
