Some B&B’s and boutique hotels seems to be very interested in getting the “right” types of guests. Guests that truly understand that they will come to a unique place, sometimes far from a regular stay at the usual hotel. Guests that are looking for a unique, local and authentic experience and searching for places and hosts that can provide them with that.
